- Exchange / send back the purchased article within 3 days after the receiving date.
- Shahnaz doesn’t exchange the products that are without a price tag or are used.
- For online orders, purchase evidence in the form of purchase invoice/product confirmation e-mail or screenshot is required.
- Products purchased on discount or on sale more than ( 30% off ) are not supposed to be exchanged. ( T&C Apply )
- Shahnaz holds the right to decline the exchange request of a buyer based on physical condition of the product.
- In case of returning the product there is no opportunity to get the cash back, therefore, in this case the voucher
- will be issued for the next purchase against that returned product which will be valid for 2 months.
